The lecture to Teikyo University students by Colonel Warzinski, Director of Public Affair of U.S.Forces Japan was carried out from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on 6 July 2004.　In the past, U.S.Forces Japan has accepted college students' visit (Sophia University, Teikyo University and National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies) to Yokota AB., they study about national security. 　Since Col. Wazinski arrived the post in August 2002, he strongly has wished not only the acceptance of college students' visiting to USAF base, but to visit university and to have lecture on the issues related with national security.　JAAGA conveyed his desire to Professor Shikata of Teikyo University, and it became progress of the lecture holding this time.　Colonel finished the 1.5 hours lecture, using the lecture materials scrupulously prepared while using the interpreter.　Col. Wazinski exhaustively and painstakingly replied to students' various questions after the lecture.　He finished all sessions with the word of "See you at Yokota Air Base, next time."　It was the lecture of a great success.　(Reported by secretariat Ochi)
