On 17th May, the preadjustment meeting on SPORTEX'07A, which will be planned on 1st June, was held at the club house of Tama Hills Golf Course.　Mr.Thomas Chan (operation manager), Ms.Crystal Brookover and Ms.Ayuko Noya from Tama Hills GC, Cap.Kim Crawford from USAF and secretariat Hirose, Ishiguro, Ataka, Takashima, Enoki, Bandoh, Takahashi, Kitamura and Minamoto from JAAGA participated to this meeting.　The adjustments were performed so smoothly because the all members had the experience on SPORTEXs which had been held annually.　As a result of adjustment, most of our requirement were taken in.

・5:00 Open Gate, 5:45 Receptionist start, 6:00 Breakfast, 6:30 Opening ceremony,
　7:00 Shot Gun
・If participation more than 80 people, JAAGA will occupy the course without
　letting other members
・Tama Hill GC will prepare the flags for the closest-pin and longest-drive contests.
・Golf course will distribute golf-carts
・Other members will start at 12:30 as shot-gun
・Driving cart on fairway will be decided on that day.
・Food ticket is only for lunch
