On 13 May, JAAGA president Toutake was invited to the luncheon at Yokota AB. which was hosted by Lt.Gen. Rice (5AF/CC) for General Schwartz (Chief of Staff, USAF).　Participants from USAF were General Schwarts, Lt.Gen. Rice and 3 base commanders (Misawa, Kadena and Yokota AB), Japanese side participants were local governors of Yokota's neighborhood, JAAGA president and others.　In the seat of luncheon, Air Chief and commander of 5AF expressed gratitude for JAAGA activity.　Gen.Schwartz's visiting to Japan this time is unofficial (self visit).　On 12 May, General had courtesy visit to Defense Minister, Chief of Staff (Joint Staff) and Chief of Staff (Japan Air Self Defense Force). 　　(reported by president Toutake)
