On 25 January, JAAGA vice-chairman Hori and 2 JAAGA secretariats visited the headquarters of FiFth Air Force at Yokota Air Base to meet Brig.Gen. Harris, 5AF vice commander and 5AF Chief Master Sgt. McIntyre, and then handed the support item for JFY2012 NCO Exchange Program to them.　This exchange program was established in 1995, and JAAGA has supported this program since JFY2005.　In November 2012, JAAGA representatives visited ASO to hand support item to JASDF side.
　　In this occasion, Gen.Harris mentioned "this exchange program is very instructive to USAF and has contributed to promote mutual understanding and friendship between USAF and JASDF.　And CMS McIntire said "we are honor to accept JASDF NCOs to USAF units with this program, and will make effort for significant interchange.　And we would like to thank for JAAGA support"　(reported by secretariat Sugiyama)
