In afternoon of 19 September, JAAGA secretariat Ishiguro, Ogawa, Tananka and Harada visited Maj.Gen.Hironaka, director of Personnel and Education Department (Air Staff Office), and handed him encouragement item for 2009 JASDF-USAF NCO Exchange Program will be carried out according to following list.　It is the first time for Naha and Matsushima AB..　Gen.Hironaka points that this exchange program is very significant year by year, and he expressed appreciation on JAAGA support to this program.　(reported by secretariat Harada)
