Dear General Wright,
On behalf of all the members of JAAGA, I would like to express our deepest
sympathy for those of your country who are suffering from the tremendous
damages left by Hurricane Katrina. The damages it brought were totally
beyond our imagination.
Our country Japan, also experiences natural disasters frequently like earthquakes and typhoons every year. We feel the huge damage left by hurricane Katrina is damage to all of us. Similar disasters are happening in our country as well. I sincerely wish for the earliest recovery of your country and those affected from this unprecedented disaster.
