Dear Gen (Ret) Muraki
On behalf of the enlisted men and women of Fifth Air Force (5th AF),
and Lt Gen Waskow I would like to thank you for the Japan - America Air
Force Goodwill Association's (JAAGA) continued support of our 5AF Enlisted
Bilateral Program. Thank you for today's contribution. Since 1999 JAAGA
has donated to this program; your donations are well appreciated and help
offset some of the costs during our exchange programs as well as other
bilateral events.
This past year, our enlisted bilateral exchanges were very successful. Kadena,
Misawa and Yokota Air Bases exchanges were lauded by both JASDF and USAF
members alike. We are continuing to add bases to the program each year
and next year we look forward to adding three new JASDF bases as part of
the exchange program this year.
I enjoyed the opportunity to sit down and fellowship with Lt Gen (ret)
Katsuhiko Iwasaki, and again thank him for traveling out to Yokota to
make the presentation. Thank you for your generosity and thoughtfulness
of our enlisted bilateral exchange program. Your donations are well appreciated
