'03 Yokota AB Civic Leader Tour was held from 8th to 10th Sept 2003.　This program is sponsored by Pacific Air Force to provide opportunity to visit PACAF air bases to civic leaders living around USAF air bases and to deepen understanding about USAF and USAF's activities.　This time, 24 civic leaders around Yokota AB were invited to this tour.　They gathered at Yokota AB, and got on board C-9 (Nightingale) and landed Andersen AFB, Guam.　Members visited 13rd Air Force and toured vast air base which is ten times wide of Kadena AB.　Tour members recognize strategic importance of Andersen AFB is increasing especially to contribute stability of West Pacific region now.　Colonel Schissler (commander of Yokota AB) attended on whole tour.　Secretariat Ochi participated to this tour.　(Reported by secretariat Ochi)
