 As a civil engineering members, he has contributed to make sincere coordination for the relocation project of the HQ, Air Defense Command, JASDF to Yokota AB and helped to establish a enhanced bilaretal operations. Furthermore, he actively joined several exchange programs in Yokota AB to enhance mutual understanding and friendship among two Forces.

 He profoundly recognized the significance of U.S.-Japan defense cooperation and actively contributed to the development of mutual exchange between JASDF and USAF. Especially noted are his proactive planning and execution of the mutual exchange programs with 31st and 33rd Air Rescue Squadrons of 18th Wing, as well as an annual joint rescue exercise (Cope Angel) between Air Rescue Wing and 18th Wing.

 As Misawa International Relations Committee Chairman in 2012, he coordinated 3 Misawa's Bilateral Exchange Programs successfully. He also furthered the development of future senior enlisted leaders as a mentor in joint NCO professional Enhancement Course etc. His outstanding contribution promoted USAF-JASDF mutual understanding and friendship.

 As the USAF liaison, he coordinated processes for many bilateral construction projects of relocation of the HQ, Air Defense Command, JASDF and helped to solidify a detailed framework for future bilaretal operations. Furthermore, he led the Friendship Festival Yokota AB integrating the ADC-led Bon Festival which immeasurably strengthened ties between USAF and JASDF and enhanced friendship and mutual understanding among two Forces.
