  Especially to deepen warm relations with U.S. military personnel, he has attended Kanto Special Olympics and Yokota Strider’s Ekiden Road Relay every year and he has coordinated well with Japan-U.S. NCO group activities of English and Japanese Conversation Class and moreover he has taken active part in the recreational activities of fellowship banquet.

  Especially noted are his contributions to mutual understanding of Japan-US intelligence activities; such as proactively leading intelligence exchange meetings with JASDF in every quarter. He dedicated himself to establishing foundation on good relationship and development of both intelligence units in Misawa Air Base by demonstrating his skills of active coordination and executions of numerous cultural and sports exchange events.

  He has actively supported English Conversation Step-up Program of Fuchu AB. for total 202 JASDF. And he has hosted Joint Yokota AB. Tour for total 319 Airmen from Yokota, Shizuhama, Hamamatsu and Hyakuri AB., and moreover he has coordinated well and achieved wonderful result at the JASDF and UASF NCO Exchange Program for total 59 Airmen.
