In afternoon of 18 September, JAAGA vice chairman Uchiyama and secretariats Ishiguro,Iba and Minamoto visited headquarters of Air Defense Command (ADC), and handed Maj.Gen.Iida, chief of Staff of ADC, encouragement items to JASDF units participating in 2009 Red Flag Alaska, and then we wished for success of exercise.　　Red Flag Alaska Exercise 2009 will be carried out at Eielson and Elmendorf AFBs and over Alaskan aerospace of United States from 2 Oct. to 17 Oct.　JASDF will deploy training unit, about 200 airmen from ADC, 6 F-15s, E-767 and 6 mobile SAM training sets, from 23 Sept. to 22 Oct. to Alaska. 　(reported by secretariat Minamoto)
