On 9th December, General and Mrs. Bruce Wright, USFJ/CC and 5AF/CC, held Holiday Open House party at commander's residence which was located in Kenny Court of Yokota air base. While music band which organized with selected players from USAF bases in Japan played Christmas song, all attendances, JASDF's active and retired members accompanied with their wives, could very enjoy American Christmas party. At party, Gen.Wright said "We appreciate you that we could strongly tie US-Japan alliance together, and we express gratitude for your effort on it. Also I personally thank for you to be good friends and to teach us many things about our business". At end of party, we sang a song titled "Let There Be Peace On Earth" for "Peace and Security of Pacific region". Song title fits on USAF's & JASDF's mission very much.
