On 10th December 2005, Colonel Scott P.Goodwin, commander of Yokota Air Base and 374th Wing, had the Christmas party at Yokota Officer's Club.　About 90 peoples from local governments, Japan Defense Agency and JAAGA members were invited.　Mr.Enoki, Mr.Ochi, Mr.&Mrs.Bandoh, Mr.&Mrs.Murata and Mr.Yamaoka participated from JAAGA.　Beautiful Christmas decoration set at party place and popular Christmas musics played by USAF band on stage enlivened mood of Christmas.　In opening speech, Col.Goodwin said "In order to accomplish mission of Yokota Air Base, harmonization and cooperation are quite essential between today's participants and us.　Please make yourself at home and enjoy party that we put gratitude".　And he added "We hope friendship between Japan and United States will be more promoted in coming new year".　We enjoyed conversation very much with participants and tasted gorgeous American Christmas dinner.　Pleasant time passed fast, so we had to leave Yokota.　We appreciate warm hospitality they showed us.　(Reported by Secretariat Murata）
