On 25th October 2004, JAAGA vice president Hyobu Etoh accompanying with secretariat Bandoh and Yamamoto visited Yokota AB in order to present support money for JASDF-USAF NCOs Exchange Program.　At Yokota AB., they met Colonel Baker, vice commander of USAF Japan, and handed support money to him.　This exchange program is for both NCOs, they visit each others' air bases and get training there.　This program is carried out 3 times a year, and about three NCOs participate one time.　This year, JASDF's side has already completed.　Vice president Etoh said that this program is so wonderful to exchange each other and we expect to effectively spend money presented by JAAGA for this program.　After Col.Baker received it and expressed appreciation on it.　He stated this money would be usefully spent for this NCOs Exchange Program.　At the end of this visit, the message from Gen.Myers, Gen Evehart and other USAF high ranking officials was told by Col.Baker.　The message is "please tell well to JAAGA member".　　(Reported by secretariat Yamamoto)
